Shipping Policy

At Craftvera.com, we take special care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition and on time by partnering only with couriers companies of repute.

 

1. Because each of our products is crafted especially for you by master artisans, the shipping time for each is different. Please get in touch with our Customer Success Team for the delivery time while placing the order.

 

2. Our courier partners deliver on working days, excluding Public Holidays.

 

3. You will be notified by email as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Note: Shipping charges may apply in rare cases where the weight of the package is high. The chrages may vary from country to country and with package content as well. Please contact us to know about your country specific shipping charges. You can drop a mail at info@craftvera.com or craftvera.inds@gmail.com, and we will get in touch with you.

 

Please note the following: 

Most of the orders are shipped directly from our Warehouses in Srinagar, Kashmir.

 

Shipping address refers to where the product has to be shipped and therefore you are requested to mention your complete address with pin/zip code and a working phone number.

 

Billing address refers to the address where a customer receives their bills.

 

Please note that We are not liable for any delays resulting from errors made by the courier company. We will of course assist you, within our capacity, in tracking down and acquiring your package.

 

As soon as your package is shipped, we will notify you & drop you an email with all the shipping details including the tracking number and/or link.

 

Once the package reaches its destination, our courier partner will reach out to you and attempt delivering the package a maximum of 3 times, after which your order will get cancelled & will be returned back to us.

 

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process any refund in case of 3 failed delivery attempts and/or refusal of the package at your doorstep.

 

 

 

 

 

Return policy
 

We have 7 days return policy and during which you can check the product and can return if you are not happy You must inform us and the product should reach in our warehouse in 10 days.

 You need to mention all the details about the product and Invoice No. and email us @ info@craftvera.com, craftvera.inds@gmail.com with the reason for which you are returning it. As soon we receive return product on our warehouse we will process your refund. Refund of money will be processed within 7 business days. So, You are as such requested to enquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase. Drop in a mail at info@craftvera.com  and have all your doubts cleared in a very short time.

 

The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and color.

 

The product should not be damaged at the time of returning. If it is not in the same condition as it was sent, then it will not be accepted and we won’t refund the amount.

 

* The customer will bear the charges for returning the products.

 

Returning An Item:

Under circumstances that your purchase meets the above criteria, you can raise a return request within 24 Hours of delivery by sending us an email at info@craftvera.com & craftvera.inds@gmail.com  with the following information:

  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for the return

 

* If you received any products in damaged condition please take a snapshot of damaged product and mail us at info@craftvera.com or craftvera.inds@gmail.com  or whatsapp/Call us at +91 9906405445, within 24 hours of delivery. We will discuss with you accordingly regarding the Retuning an Item .

*In case of International orders, the reverse pickup is to be arranged by customer itself and he/she should provide for the courier charges as well.
