Refund Policy

Refunds

 

We provide our customers the facility to claim refunds only under the condition that the delivered product meets the above mentioned in Shipping & Return Policy.

 

Also please note that we will initiate a refund only after we have received the returned shipment and our team will inspect and we will notify you about the status of your refund immediately. which might take up to 7-10 working days after receiving the damaged product.

 

For Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be remitted back to you through the original mode of payment. It might take approximately 5-7 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

 

Refund will be provided only for the amount paid by you and not for the amount paid through the usage of any kind of “Sale”.

 

Cancellation

 

Cancellation will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Also Please Note that Orders that already have been shipped cannot be cancelled (Even if the cancellation request raised is within 24 hours of placing the order)

 

Certain Products like “Made To Order” Items cannot be cancelled once ordered cause we start processing such orders as soon as you place them.
